Had an 08 Off Road just traded it for a 2010 Sport in May.

I liked the "locker" but I didnt really use it much. It did help me out of a jam once but Im an everyday driver and so far I find I appreciate the hood scoop more.

The ladies dig it... lol

it goes: base, SR5, TRD w/SR5 TRD Sport w/ SR5. I guess SR5 comes standard with all TRD models.

I liked the TRD Off Road, but wanted a long bed, and weighed my options, the long bed won out on the priorities. Like Chris4x4 I didn't need the TRD components that came with the TRD models, ('cept the drivetrain options that came with the TRD Off Road, that woulda been nice, but I've already covered that) because I'd replace them with something more to my liking in due time. I did like the color matched bumper and grille, but didn't like the hood scoop of the Sport, be it functional or not.

That's how I ended up with my Double Cab, Long Bed SR5 (Option 2) 4x4.

9" 5% front window strip, tailgate light bar, pulled off TRD stickers, removed mud flaps, blacked out tail lights very soon. There's a lot more coming, this is just the beginning.
    TRD Sport

Love the look of the hood scoop and the (temporary) 17" stock rims.

TRD Off-Road Access here. Interesting that there are more votes for TRD Sport than Off-Road. Where I live, you see much, much more OR than Sport...

base sr5 for me. for the extra money you guys spent on the trd offroad, you could of bought a base and added a better locker and bolt-on coilovers vs. the shitty bill's and toyota locker

Can't get A-TRAC unless you have the Off Road TRD, and A-TRAC (Automatic locking differentials front and rear) is a whole new world driving experience from a stock truck.
