I was thinking of going with aluminum. I don’t think I’ll be seeing any rock crawling in the near future, easy - moderate trails for the most part.... and camping with the fam.

A few years ago I mentioned in a battery thread that I wished someone would make a legit battery holder for a Group31M battery because there was not one available from anyone. Not to long after that Tyler made a few based on my request. They ended being a regular production item based on popularity. Him and Satin got a hold of my now ex-girlfriend through PM's here at TW, they wanted to send me the very first one of the line as a thank you for the suggestion as a surprise. How badass is that!! They also sent a thing seasoning for the grill with the battery holder. I've also been on the trail with them. I still have it but not currently using it after my dual battery install, I'm thinking about Paying It Forward to someone who will use it.

Dibs if you do pay it forward. Was thinking of getting a group 31M Northstar battery and was going to buy the PB holder.

I’ve kept very quiet on all that stuff. Tyler and Satin are great people and the way this is being handled is quite out of character for them. I have my fingers crossed shit gets back under control soon before it leaves a permanent scar on their brand.

Agreed. Their lack of communication is a major problem at the moment.

The difficult thing is they have no solution until they have an investor to keep the ball rolling.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place :/

I've never owned a business or worked for anyone in this position. I don't know shit about what all that involves.

Steel mang! IMO all skids should be steel, those are the things you actually hit shit with. Aluminum only likes to hit things once. I am willing to bet your gonna hit it more than one time.
