Sick of this fucking Sony radio dying in the cruiser. I put a good quality Japanese radio in my Japanese SUV and what does it do. It dies. Prolly getting another Sony tho so I don't have to do the wiring again haha

 

Yeah, but lesser quality moms in their GMC Envoys and Chevy Trailbasters are envious, there's no amount of breast tattoos that will make up for not having a locker. If their husbands only loved them a little more to send them off in Toyota quality.

 

Same with the center diff lock on land cruisers, they're so sure footed in AWD anyway haha

Bought a Kenwood, guess I'm making a new working harness. On the plus side though, HD radio and I went to a single din.

 

I have not. Sounds interesting.

 

I like kenwood stuff

 

I've never had bad Kenwood stereos. I have one in the Taco actually, it's just a little slow to pair to the BT.

 

My Kenwood headunit is very slow. But it’s good quality.

 

I got one of the fancy new dual BT ones so I'm hoping it is a bit faster on the draw

 

Which one? I have the touchscreen version which is relatively slow to respond. It’s the DDX373BT

I don't do touchscreen stereos so I went with a KMM-BT522HD. No CD changer in it so it is nice and shallow too

 

I’m pretty sure you have exactly the same radio as me. It’s pretty slow.

 

To me its fine.

But i never Had any technology that was fast

 

There aren't very many TRD Pro soccer mom 4Runners out there. Maybe poser offroad lookalike wannabes with money to burn have the lockers.

4wd is easily the least used feature of the soccer mom 4Runners.

 

The Pros?

I wouldn't say everywhere since Toyota didn't make very many of them, but I do see them around quite a bit. Usually with shiny tires and polished rims.

 

Tons of 3rd Gen 4Runner Limiteds though. Common soccer mom car.

I would say 1 out of 3 4Runners I see at pick-n-pull are Limiteds. I once saw an entire row of all Limiteds. Someone took the lockers though.
