    The highest setting for 5100s is more like 2.5". I would go middle setting for the fronts with the rear 1" higher.

    Do you have any idea where I can find instructions on the rear block install? I've been looking everywhere and can't find anything.

    Nope. But it's not that difficult to figure out. Jack it up, put it on jack stands, remove the wheels, support the rear end, remove ubolts, lower axle, install 1" block, raise up rear end, install NEW ubolts, torque everything down appropriately, install wheels, jack up truck, remove jack stands, drink beer.

    If you can't figure that out, you probably shouldn't be doing it yourself.

    I could definitely do that, but don't have tools or space after downsizing. Truck is currently at a friends house who is doing the work, and the rear blocks are the last thing pending to go on. He was saying he needed a larger jack to get the rear up so the axle droops, but I was sure there is an easier way of doing it without a larger jack.

    I read that only one side should be done at a time also.

    I can't think of a reason to only do one side at a time. Probably easier if you do both at the same time, too.

    As for not having larger jacks, you can do it with wood blocks (search around for some tips on how to do that safely)

    Or just go to harbor freight and get some 6 ton jacks for like $50...

    bed liner, that's it for now
    Considering doing the same on my 2001 SR5 TRD. Any special considerations for the TRD model as opposed to the Bilstein 4600 set previously mentioned?

    Also, anything else y'all would consider changing out for newer parts for longevity while i'm down there?

    Rockauto is the way to go if you just plan to drive your truck on the streets. Very inexpensive and works.
