I was there.The heat gun "let the smoke out".I dont remember any torque wrench.I remember tim showing me all the cool "stuff" he has aquired,and i vequely remember pizza,but i probabely ate all of it.

It’s back together right now. The freshly rebuilt coilovers showed up tonight. That was the last piece of the puzzle.



Last couple of weeks was

-Swapping diffs
-Had coilovers rebuilt
-Straightened and reinforced my T-case skid and crossmember
-Changed belts
-Changed Super Charger oil
-Spark plugs
-New coupler on intake
-LCA BJs
-LCA poly bushings

 

Next up?

I have a CSF aluminum FJ Cruiser Radiator to install.

Putting electric brakes on the trailer

AND I picked up some steel wheels to weld rock rings on.

Then I’m putting Coyote Pneumatic interior Beadlocks in them.

Gotta break in my diffs and shake down the new wheels prior to leaving for Moab Oct 12

 

I was guessing that you had all the special tools to do a thorough job, or would know someone who would.
You're two hours east while Pittsburgh is six hours west.
I had no idea you'd be throwing a pizza and lobster roll party, or I would have rearranged my schedule to join in the festivities.

Yeah, I saw the Harbor Freight heat gun and torque wrench party favors, but I'm good in that department. I think I could fit a 50 ton press into my SB.
