    Hey Colorado TW,
I own a 18 TRD Pro and it's time to add some offroad upgrades. Looking to get front+rear bumpers (C4), sliders (Mobtown) and some lift (~2") along with some electrics for lights/winch. I'm time poor though and would like to take everything to a shop and have them do the work. Any recommendations for places around Denver/Boulder? Hoping to find somewhere that's worked on Tacomas rather than a random shop.

    Thanks

What’s your budget? 15,000 for the front and 20,000 for the rear? Go big or go home “LT”

Pull into the dealership for oil change and tire rotation this morning, first thing the service guy ask me is

"Are you here for the blower motor recall?"

Me: "Nope, just Toyota care, what's the recall for"

Him "The blower motor will dismount from the engine and fall off in some cases"

That writer is a tard. The HVAC blower fan can detach from the blower motor shaft.

I hope so. Can only imagine driving down the interstate and that thing falls out. More concerned about my A/C having pressure than whatever it hits. What ever the issue is I told them to order the stuff to fix it.

If you happen to need to bedline something, avoid this junk at all costs. The roller they provide is all but completely useless except on flat surfaces (without contour).

I masked that bolt next to it, went to cut around it with a new razor so i could pull the tape off and the new razor had enough resistance to pull the bedliner from the bed.

Paint was pressure washed, sanded, rinsed, dried and then alcohol wiped before paint application.

Good news is, a pressure washer should peel it off like plastidip when it needs to be redone. :frusty:

You're thinking i the wrong area/fan. The one inside the heater box above your passengers feet. There is no risk of collateral damage to anything

So I'm watching some guy and woman who apparently have some kind of landscape business (unmarked Silverado but a full on trailer with your standard mowers, blowers, space for debris, and tools) across the street literally pulling out some junipers with the truck from a landscape bed at a parking lot entrance. Said bed has two utility boxes in it, I think one is coms and the other a transformer. I'm waiting for them to yank on something that's grown around lines, taking out my internet, power, both, or at least causing some sparks.

I've used multiple brands on beds, xj interior and outside and have never seen junk like this. Of course the price would have you believe otherwise... I think it was one of the more expensive options at $100.

Anyone know what this doodad is?

2-1/4" in diameter. Came off my toasted taco... Found it during my spring cleanup of the site and it was in my decked drawers.
