Tacoma - OVTUNE - VFTUNER - Update Info and Original Development

I didn't even receive a TSB from Toyota when in fact there was an ECU update for my M/T. Let alone an email lol

 

The new flash manager and all new info isn't just going to be on the forum.
I think a few posts ago I said Rafael and I are making a new help desk from our support portal.
It will have all information, FaQ, links, flash manager and a way to add messages and ask for any help you need.

Believe me I'm listening to suggestions I want everyone to be happy.
And I also agree at the moment info is spread out and confusing. Which is why were making the help desk.

Cherry pickin...Simple point that you missed, product/process improvement.

Matt addressed it since he understands, gets it.

My suggestions were to help him and his customers. No doubt Matt gets bombarded with questions and worse via email. At that point he gets ‘owned’ dealing with all that email traffic. A big laborious, distraction for him.

Pretty easy to sift through the noise to get the real updates....

 

Again...missing the point and per your message "sift through the noise..." nuff said.

 

Agreed. Simply compile all of the info and paste it into the first post of the thread. That way its easy to find, no searching for answers, and you don't have to read through 1100 pages of crap.

BTW, 1.05 release date? Patiently waiting......... or something.

I’m glad that @OVTune has been more concerned about producing a great product than doing a great job communicating about a what could have been a mediocre product. I do agree that improvements can and will be made.

You have obviously have not read the entire OVtune thread.
You would be much 'richer' if you did....
Surprised so many don't get the product/process improvement, feedback aspect.
