Experiencing rear driver window loose condition and rattle when shutting the door (especially with the window down). Visited my local dealer for warranty fix. They couldn't fit me in so I ordered speakers and took my doors apart, and found the rubber window guide laying in the bottom of the door. Pushed it back in place, installed 80mil sound deadening and Kicker speakers.

Tube bumper planning



No tube bender yet , so this project will start it's life as a hidden winch. 1/4" plate frame with 3"angle for bracing.

Cardboard layout

Framework laid out. I'll test fit this weekend and tack it together next week. I'm going to have to start considering weight reduction in this design.

 

Drove a T4R OR today. It's a nice wagon.

BEEFY tow points. That looks really good. Are you planning on keeping the stock bumper for now? I should grab mine from the shop so we can chop it up [at least the front black part] so yours remains intact, if you are so inclined.
