    To save anyone the trouble of calling the bankruptcy court indeed the case number is for Tyler Pelfrey, nature of the debt is business, filed on 9/6 and first meeting with creditor scheduled for 10/9. I know next to nothing about bankruptcy so have no idea if the 10/9 date is of any significance to getting refunds or the like. Oh and it is Chapter 7.

    Filed my CC dispute last Saturday i hope something good comes of it but with the confirmed BK looks like we could all be out our money ! Let me hear someone say how good these people are now!Chicken shit move ! I guess Bankruptcy court is kinda like an investor it wipes out your debt and relieves you of any wrong doing!
