Right? Blaming all the customers who, if would’ve just have some clearer answers ...maybe it would have came down differently.

Fact is they knew what they were doing.....the put out the release on the 31st, and filed on the 6th. The process was in motion...they specifically listed every customer on the bankruptcy filing to protect themselves. What they weren't counting on was the PayPal and credit disputes that they got hammered with. Now the bank and PayPal will be filing to get their pound of flesh versus those of us who got screwed over...

The people who got baited into paying cash or check will have a really hard time cause I am pretty sure they have to show up to court or file as part of the claim and hope there is enough money left over to get made somewhat whole.

I am not anywhere fully smart on this, but I have had some experience with family members failed business

No wonder they’re bankrupt, some real leadership issues there.

I'll repost this post from Mike O on the Information Release thread that got locked:

So reading between the lines, it appears they burned through millions of dollars of others people's money, then had nothing to show for it, and then those other people said "liquidate". End of story. It is interesting that the friend posting on the 4Runner forum refers to Elon Musk as some sort of role model for running a business. There couldn't be a worse role model for business than Elon Musk, that guy is the second coming of P.T. Barnum.

Yup. The minute they filed bankruptcy an automatic stay went into affect preventing any creditors from taking further action to pursue collections. Tyler previously filed for Chapter 7 in 2001 and Satin filed for Chapter 7 in 2009. No creditors received a dime in either instance. They know what they are doing here.

I'm that guy and I'm right here. I can see where all the refunds and PayPal scared investors away but there are 3 sides to a story
    Person 1
    Person 2
    The truth

We don't know the real truth or if investors were scared or not. Everything that happened sucks and unfortunate for all those people that lost money. They lost it all but what they are doing is totally legal with their bankruptcy. Maybe we should be a little more upset at the legal side of it?

    Still sucks though

    Again not saying its right

They lost everyone’s money and held off everyone from filing disputes so they could file bankruptcy. Classless blaming customers.

Read ch 7 bankruptcy, what their doing is legal. I did not say it was right so that makes me an idiot because I understand the law?
