Yea I figured it was due to growing too fast and not being able to keep up. Not quite the “last” statement I’d want to give cause I feel they could start over small and build up again slowly. It’s an emotional situation I get it but you can’t blame the consumer in this situation.

Anybody screenshot it? Or is it the bankruptcy filing notice? Because I’ve read that.

TLDR: we stole your money and hoped that some people would bail us out but because we rubbed our dick in your face you spoke up and now those people know what we are really like. This is all your fault for demanding refunds on product that we never intended to ship.

Now accepting monetary donations for mods!
I've filed a claim on paypal for the front skid. I'm hoping that should clear easiest.

However the middle skid....It's an awkward situation and I'm not sure how to proceed or the legality of it all.
At Jambo I bought the skid from the raffle winner highly discounted. When I got home I realized it was for the Pro front Skid only. Spoke with Mike Meijer and he said send it on out and we'll switch it out. Just pay shipping. Fine, still making out better than full price. So now I'm 100% out the $30 I spent to send it to them. Now they have the actual product itself and I have a credit card charge for them to send the regular middle skid back to me. Since I technically already owned the product prior I don't know where I stand. i just disputed the $50 charge on my CC. I've got no clue how everything works when it comes to a company going bankrupt.

Used to work for Upper Limits for 2+ years. Not that location though. West County is bigger. Haven't been to the new bouldering one they opened that just after I left.

Can’t be too much of a downer for them, this is their third one.

He’s fairly cautious about allot of stuff and he approached this the same way. But after setting a couple quarter high goals and building his comfort level he just started attacking the auto reel routes like a maniac.

Once he has all of them mastered I figured we’d stretch out a bit and start working some of the other locations into the mix so he can keep the stoke alive before we start the transition over to top rope.
