    I have their bankruptcy filing with the court and it looks like we are all individually listed as creditors. If you PM me your real name I tell you for sure if you are in there.

    They aren't sole proprietors, or an LLC. Their company is established as a Corporation. Every creditor will begin receiving notices from the court and the Trustee in charge of overseeing this.

    And TW aside good luck finding any business who will produce and ship a custom built product without some form of down payment. I work in construction - EVERYONE requires a deposit for their goods and services. Cabinets, appliances, flooring, furniture, etc...
