    I’m sorry to hear this. Maybe PP will come through for you. Given that you ordered so recently and they have already filed Ch. 7 it makes me hunk all this investor stuff was nothing but garbage. Someone doesn’t just file a 77 page document listing a bazillion creditors over night. This is straight up garbage. This has been in the works for a while.

    I have a feeling the personal chapter 7 is due to the fact that they have personally guaranteed corporate obligations. My shop is also a Corporation and every loan that we have for the business is also personally guaranteed by myself. So I can see why they would take that path as filing a corporate bankruptcy would in theory just make the creditors go after them directly. I feel that if they were truly looking to get investors, it would have been best for them to not have posted anything at all about the company and the sounds that they shut down operations over a week ago it sounds like just smells fishy. I am wondering if they knew they were going to file chapter 7, and tried to hold back the flood of chargebacks and disputes for as long as possible...

    It seems like they grew too fast and the bubble popped, this has been a tough year for a lot of smaller shops due to slower sales and higher costs.

    I hope that as many of you as possible get your money back, as that is a very bad situation to be in.
