    The court requires credit counseling before someone files for bankruptcy and they got their credit counseling on August 27, so they have known since at least that date per the attached document that is filed with the court.

    It’s just beyond psychotic. They expect people to believe some big money investors were going to dump money in a failed business that is near half mil in debt? It’s truly laughable. Then acting like some bad publicity is what killed the deal. No the deal was a cloud of illusion to buy time to get the legalities for closing up shop done.
