    I literally got my rear bumper like 3 days before they shut down. I called the next Monday for a question about installing it and never got a call back emailed to. Didn’t think much of it. Kinda sucks though I have a bumper with no support or warranty to a company that doesn’t exist.

    I feel Horrible for everyone that's having a problem. I'm looking at some bumpers . I will use Affirm and make payments. You don't get charged untill your item ships. Very Safe. Have used it from multiple vendors for all kinds of things.

    It is for me when I used to do a lot of side jobs .

    Deposit was to cover all material cost for rough in of electrical. Second payment was after inspection and to cover some profit and material for finishing. Final payment was all profit

    When the work is truely “custom” I’d agree with you 100 percent.
    However these items are mass marketed on a website, click, drop down box, click, drop down box, click add to cart. Enter CC info. Done. Obviously in this scenario the vendor will be able to sell the item to the next customer in line as there is so much demand to warrant 8-12 week lead times.

    (Im guilty of waiting 8 weeks for items :anonymous:)

    The only change we’ve made is adding @Lindsay @ Mobtown Offroad into the mix. She’s trained up and helping with customer service. I just can’t keep up anymore and one of our key values is communication. So if you can’t get me, message her because as of late I’ve been back in the weld shop.
