    Unfortunately I have had to deal with insolvent businesses before... I’ll bet 99.9% of people who used credit cards will be fine eventually. I haven’t used PayPal in 20 years.

    I've spent some time reading their recent release and can't help but feel terrible for everyone involved. For the people who may lose thousands it's horrible. I feel terrible for the Pelfrey's too- I don't believe their intention was ever to screw people over and they've probably lost everything and I can imagine their frustration with those mouthing off on social media because of the uncertainty, because like it or not there's no denying that could very well scare investors. All I can say is I wish for the best for everyone involved on both sides of it, no doubt it sucks all the way around.

    Because i was close to the shop it would help save cost if i payed cash instead of paying with CC. The fees for CC are high and it would help with my orders.

    An LLC and filing ch.7 goes against the business assets not their personal assets. Either way the PelFrey name has been crushed. Such a bummer!

    This will only happen if all the people calling the banks and pay pal for refunds start talking to the same people. Coordinating by getting the info of the person you talked to and let the next person call and talk to the same person. Or everyone that got assed out needs to call the attorney general's office and send a email to him also.
