Wow. So according to them, the "investors" were monitoring forums and saw the negative impact of their radio silence so they pulled anchor and left?

I never did business with them, but never heard anything but good from others about the company. Up until recently of course. I sure hope the customers can get their money back. I feel worst for those guys who were persuaded to pay cash

I mean it’s easy for them to pay someone to monitor their pages so they can make a sound investment. If I was an investor with “millions of dollars” to pull this company out of debt I wouldn’t blindly invest into them without knowing what the market was like. And with the way they reacted I would be hesitant to toss down money. That being said Pelfreybuilt didn’t handle this situation in a good way and they dug their own grave and now they are pointing fingers and throwing a pity party for themselves.

That response explains why the business didn't work imo. Instead of putting in the needed effort to keep the customers from feeling uncomfortable they did nothing and expected everyone to trust them. Someone send them the simon sinek book "start with why"....

 

I dont believe they lost EVERYTHING as they said.

Hence the demand for cash payments.
