Anyone wanting the filing can register for PACER and look it up. They “charge” $.10 per page ($3.00 cap per filing). This means you can only be charged a max of $3.00 for looking up this case (77 pages). The judiciary has made it so anyone racking up less than $15 in charges per quarter gets the fees waived (and they charge you quarterly).

Sigh... dispute is in place.. its through USAA so I hope it goes well. This has taught me two things:

    1) sometimes companies are dirty and go under, and do their best to take your money on the way out the door.

    2) there are a shitload of fanboys that will defend a company to the death, despite how obvious it is that they are crooks.

My recommendation to everyone else on here.. Take note of these members. Don't trade with them, sell to them, or buy from them, they are as dirty as Tyler and Satin.

Let me put this another way: fuck no I'm not throwing away the front bumper I personally bedlined and nearly broke my back installing onto my truck!

I'm taking about some of thier swag like a couple patches and shirt and pint glass and homey shit they really whored themselves out with the merch, didn't they!?!

They probably shouldn't open any returned merchandise without wearing rubber gloves for... ever.

Might not mean anything right now, but you should be seeking a refund/charge back/etc immediately regardless

FWIW another guy filed a chargeback with USAA who posted in this thread and got s full refund. USAA is legit. I bank with them and they are my insurance co as well. Until they mess up, that is... haven't failed me yet!

Good, I filed the chargeback with Chase earlier today. It was tied up with my front bumper so hopefully that does not complicate things. Man so pissed but thats a given....

Yep yep.. i just reached out to them and am hoping for the best. I put in my dispute a week ago but have not heard anything back. No reason to be worried when it comes to USAA, they have always been legit #USAAISNOTPELFREY

Yeah, that would be silly to throw away a bumper. They’re really heavy, throwing it would likely cause injuries.
