I don't think this applies to ACH. Hence why banks have all that fucking fine print before you authorize it.

They've been making deals on in stock merch for over a year. Especially bumpers and skids. No way of knowing now but that makes me wonder how long since this plan was hatched.

Me thinks Mr Meier was/is a good guy who was victimized as well....I've dealt with him on several occasions. I could be wrong....We were all wrong about "The owners".....

Trying to remember there is a bunch of former employees that lost jobs in this.

I was about a month from ordering gas tank skid and a few other less significant items. Feeling slightly lucky at this juncture

DONE. Heres what i typed up on my phone. Short synopisis for anyone that needs a copy paste.

I'm a consumer of this company (Pelfreybilt) that offers offroad equipment for toyota trucks and SUVs. Myself and approximately XXX others placed a group order of products on/around XXX. We were told that lead times were approximately 3 months.

July 2nd and August 10th: We were told that our goods were about ready for shipping.
August 27th: one group member paid for an additional item since the order still has not shipped yet.
Aug 28th: Pelfreybilt went dark on social media/phone/email.
Aug 31st: Pelfreybilt claims operations were halted due to lack of funding and requested all exiting customers with pending orders to wait patiently for 45 days pending investor decision.
Sep 7th: It was discovered that Pelfreybilt filed for bankruptcy on September 6th and had already completed the necessary counseling to file for chapter 7 on August 27th (the day before another known order was placed on the 28th)

I do not have a forgein address. I am not a share holder. I am in dispute for the amount of XXX for the purchase of XXX. The amount was paid over XXX transactions on XXX

I am seeking 100% reimbursement in the amount of XXX.

You can, but you can't incite a riot or yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater. Doing either will get you mandatory prison time.

Does anyone have knowledge of their possible ownership of the previous facilities they were in prior to the move about this time last year? Was it owned or leased? May indicate intent/planning that far back. May be pure coincidence.....

You can if it’s true... seems like this was all planned by Pelfreybilt.. Instead they will just jump state and start again and fail again all while taking money from people..

They can change the business name but if they do this same type of business & they are listed as the owners then I imagine that business won't last very long.

Someone needs to set up a thread to help coordinate everyone that has been affected by this. Everyone needs to start acting together in order to get things investigated and bring to light what's happened.

I would imagine any hit they take would be recouped by selling any of Pelfreys merchandise they have on hand...maybe?

They have filed bankruptcy 3 times! But people still protect them and have “faith” in them as being good people!

Most companies looking for investors do it while continueing operations. They don't stop sales and post messages of impending doom to their customers saying we'll get back to you. I believe the bankruptcy was already planned once they realized shit was messed up. They just planned the getaway to help themselves and fuck everyone else.
