Yeah, from what I have observed, they fucked themselves with poor communication, that left it open to the rampant speculation without facts crowd (hello, newsflash, humans make up a story to fill the vaccuum where none is being provided.) and now, with a message like that, they are turning the blame on customers? Are you fucking serious?

 

Pretty sure they fucked themselves with poor business practices leading to this situation. Not like they were hurting for business.

If they were holding my money I’d be pissed.

 

Makes me sick. Just read through the most recent pelfreybuilt thread regarding their Chapter 7 filing and have no words. I feel so terrible for the people who lost thousands...... literally can’t even imagine. All I can say is fuck @Pelfreybilt

Right. Success can kill. I won't bother speculating, but wildly successful and desirable (and good) product, a line of people saying "take my money," we have seen this with other vendors/fabbers before. Timicha(?) come to mind long ago. A taste of success and a big checking account, coupled with a lack of business sense or self restraint or identifying that hey, I need an accountant or business manager who is objective and qualified... I dunno. But it is sadly far from uncommon. But not having a sense of things are getting out of control, and stopping order intake or making promises you can't keep, and being dishonest (or coy, or silent) with customers is not going to fix itself.

This is not even the second time these people have filed bankruptcy. (People have been finding this out and posting in another thread)

I have absolutely zero sympathy for them. I hope they lose everything.

 

Aw the joys of being married. Sent to the store for feminine products. Ask before going if there is a certain kind or any info, get told no. Grab 3 diff kinds based on the complaints from the last set I bought. Wife complains I got the wrong ones and they were the one kind she didn’t want....that info would have been real freaking helpful when I asked before I left. #can’teverwin
