It seems like their pros, you can file chapter 7 every 8 years in California. Nice

 

How well does that go over? We have a lot of issues with our 20% fee.

Right now it should be about making customers whole.

with 600 Hundreds, if the majority can get their money back and put it towards vendors that matter, or bills that need to be paid.

 

Why assume such a negative position regarding people who you shouldn’t actually have a beef with? More logically, their friends are seeing some truths come out, and it’s not their fight. Sure, they did their best to defend, but at some point, it ceased being something they could fight for. Maybe they changed their minds about the Pelfreys being a good family, maybe they don’t want to get into arguments with a bunch of shit throwers.

Either way, people, your beef is with Tyler and Satin Pelfrey only. They mismanaged their business, destroyed your trust, and swindled you out of money, no one else.

 

I’m sorry to hear about this and the members losing money.

My advice, only buy when something is in stock and use a credit card, preferably Amex

DO NOT call the Judge. Send a certified letter expressing your concerns, timeline of your business with the filer, and how you are directly effected by their actions.
DO call the Office Of The Trustee to get their recommendations and to file a complaint against the bankruptcy filing.

 

I'm not completely bagging him. I'm mostly just curious as to his current silence. Because we have all seen him as the leader of the mob with pitchfork in hand.

We can’t expect TW to police the vendors.
It would be nice if a sticky was made for vendors and there stated lead times vs actual shipping dates. You could post, I ordered from Xxx on xxx date and received my order on xxx. Or I contacted xxx and they told me my order is going to be xxx late.
That way the TW members could make better decisions on who to spend there money with.
Vendors who fulfill promises would be rewarded with additional business.

I don't know what his actual job is but I feel like he is probably a smart mofo. I could careless if he is friends with these folks or not, I would just like to hear his take on it at this point.

Feel free to ignore anybody trying to make things about them, this is about Tyler, Satin, Pelfreybilt and those they have wronged.

 

it was 1k earlier, it is showing up in google news if you have an android phone and follow pelfreybilt as well as visit facebook / instagram. So I am sure everyone is getting cross linked here.

 

I feel bad for everyone involved. I never like seeing a local respected company go under.

I know people are pretty upset they lost a few grand but look at the Pelfreys, they have lost a lot more than just a couple grand.

I’m sure people will be much more cautious with vendors but it can happen to anyone or any company. You never know.

At the end of the day money is just money and will be lost and earned. You can always earn more money.

 

I guess I would’ve understood their position if they stopped taking payments the second shit went south.


Them taking payments as is 8/28 was bullshit and fully intentional, and especially those who paid for the dual swingout bumper, I would be fucking livid. They truly deserve the shitstorm they have coming.

 

Deserved, earned, and manifested it all simultaneously until the end.
