Right about now there's some poor bloke that's in a domestic violence verbal slapping match from the wife about losing thousands of dollars on stuff he'll never see. That's a lot of missed dinners at Applebee's and mom jeans at Kohls. He got berated when he bought it, now he's suffering the indignity of having been taken. She'll walk around the house like a gunslinger for weeks as he's eating mac and cheese, doing his own laundry sleeping on the couch. There's a problem since Conner pissed away thousands of dollars on shit he'll never see the wife gets even, doubles up and next thing you know a hot tub is being installed on the porch. It's what they should have bought in the first place to help soften up that mac n cheese.

I must have missed it trying to skim 56 pages.

But where is the post that has the court that you can send a letter or whatnot too?

not the Judge post, but the court address?

What a joke this whole situation is. I never understood the whole pelfreyfamily Bs. Called them once looking to drop $5k on bumpers, got nothing but attitude and weird responses to my requests for slight modifications. Something didn't seem right and that was 6 months ago

I don't honestly know if what I'm about to say makes any sense, but here it goes:

I don't own a business, but how could one not know they're running out of money? When I do "my" bills, I ALWAYS calculate my "raw pay" going to the bills (i.e. no overtime included, etc etc etc). One should never assume cash and/or large sums of cash to be coming in, but quite the opposite!!! I always take into consideration "worst case scenarios" and manage my money that way. For example, I know for a fact I have money coming my way and enough to get my new suspension I've been dreaming about for the past 2yrs now, but knowing things seem to happen that is, more or less, out of my control, I don't go spending money in hoping that my tax returns/bonus money will bail me out and/or help.

I don't know if any of that makes sense??? :notsure:

Btw, you can't make San G???

I was thinking after the two sides came to some agreement. IF money is owed from one party to the other.

This wouldn't have anything to do with customers that are owed unfortunately, as the future business wouldn't be on the hook for the actions of the previous one.

I posted a pick somewhere in this thread of a pallet of front bumpers at Lasernut. If you have Instagram it’s pretty easy to find if you look up lasernut.

I think we are talking about two different things here.

I am looking for a specific post about what court you can contact, not the Judge one, but I thought there was another one.

I saw that and checked their site to see if they offered Toyota bumpers. I did not see any listed on their site.

    Actually they haven't.
Tyler's BK was long before he met Satin
Satin's BK was most likely before she met Tyler.
Quick search of the San Diego County Assessor search site will give you a bit of insight to some of that. One of the records shows Tyler had a Trustee sale (Foreclosure) of a home in June 2009 with his previous wife. Which makes me think that Satin came sometime after that. Satin has no property history in San Diego county until after she met Tyler which makes me think her BK was just a person who got too deep in personal and credit card debt plus her BK documents show a name other than Pelfrey.
One interesting document is they did Homestead their house on 8-28-2018 with the SD county assessor.....so they knew the writing on the wall at least at that point.

I'm most sorry for all of you that had your trust in the Pelfreys betrayed...it is a shitty situation.
I am also sorry for the Pelfreys as I believe they did try to save a sinking ship until the last moments and failed on so many levels in the end.

I don't know the Fab side of business but I owned a small business doing track days for motorcycles. It's easy for someone to just look at how much we charged, do some math and think that we are making out big. We never earned profit from the years of events. Our only gain was tax write offs for equipment we used to run the business and try to enjoy something we all loved doing. The overhead was huge and we didn't even have rent or materials costs. I can only imagine how easy it is to get caught in a cycle of debt.

Nonetheless, transparency and honesty are the most important. When we were having troubles, we didn't double down and keep going. We closed shop and refunded everyone. I can see how this happened to PB but it's been a long time coming and considered their individual exposure to previous ch. 7, they kept people in the dark and we're accepting money knowing they might not fullfill their obligations. That's not right.

I have a friend with cutting/engraving lasers (tabletop style, not for cutting steel) who does the same thing... He does one off jobs but his bread and butter is polycarbonate laser cut logo keychains, pendants, business card holders and the like... That business model seems to be pretty profitable, though I never assumed it was how Pelfreybilt was making their product
