    Get right on that.

Steering wheel is straight. Driver wheel is straight (parallel to the slider and rear wheel), passenger is toe in. What needs adjusting?

You really need to have it put on a machine. one or all of the camber/caster/toe adjustments are screwed. Excessive toe to one way or another will cause a pull as will excessive cross caster

Do this bub, go ahead and set you steering wheel where you want it. Turn the truck on and give the wheel a good left and right turn and then settle in the middle.

Take a pic of your front wheels for us so we can see how your tires are pointing. Pic front straight on in front of truck. This was my life for 12 years homie. Should be able to guide ya through!!

The gist of what you are doing is this: the outer tie rod is only a female threaded part with a ball joint on the end.

The inner tie rod is what you are adjusting. The longer part with threads on it. There is a jam nut where the inner and outer thread together. You loosen that jam nut. Its 21mm or so. Using a 15mm wrench there is flat sections on the inner tie rod you can place the wrench.

By turning the wrench, you either feed more thread into the outer or let thread out. This will in turn move your tire/wheel. You need to pay attention here. If your tire/wheel on the passenger side is pointing towards the curb while the driver is straight, you need to turn the 15 mm wrench so that you bring the front of the tire/wheel in towards the frame of the truck.

Also very important...keep rechecking your actual steering wheel placement. It will more than likely get knocked off a bit after loosening the jam nut. Loosen. Check. Adjust. Check. Double check. Adjust/fine tune. Check.

He could also wedge a block of wood or something to help lock the steering wheel in place too between the wheel and seat

With steering wheel straight, drive wheels point left to driver side. With steering a few degrees right, truck drives straight. Driver toe out, passenger toe in.

Driver side adjusts easy without need for Blaster or heat. Passenger rod is hung up. Tried a torch a few times and lots of Blaster. Burnt my arm with the hot wrench lol.
Don't think I'm going to get steering and drive wheels centered until I can get passenger rod loose.

Heat it and beat it a bit with hammer and a piece of wood, or with a deadblow if you have one

Ouch, watch around that heat, lol.

Could you get a pic at all? I'd like to see how those tires are pointed with your steering wheel centered up. That would really, really help me, help you!!! lol. That was so corny.

I edited these to look better on an actual screen. I post a lot from my phone anymore. What looks like a big sentence on the phone ends up being a lot of shorties on a big screen.

It's pouring rain here. Won't get a good vantage point in the garage, small space. Like I said, centered steering wheel and tires point driver.

On the right path. No worries. Warm her up good where they thread together. Bring that driver in towards the frame and take that passenger out towards the fender. If you're using the heat give things time to cool off and recheck before you call it good!!!
