Not sure if we can cook out there but for sure if we do a beach meet or something.

I think we should be a beach meet before the end of the month

    I second that!! ^^

SanLui Pass is a great beach, nice water, ATV's are a loud and a 4 wheel drive is recommended. You can make it with out 4x4 if your smart and know what your doing.

Btw it was nice to officially meet most of you. I dont think I met everyone, but that's what future events are for.

Yeah this meet was the biggest I've been to. It can be hard to try to meet everyone.

Really!? I've never had that experience. I like it cause you dont have to cross the ferry and it's a nice beach.

It can definitely get packed at times, but I've never seen a slew of rednecks lol it's always best to get there early and block out a good spot.

I was accidentally there last night. I went to get some lumber..drove through the lots and saw an abnormal amount of Tacomas. I should have known. I was in my Taco, so I guess I participated by proxy.

Did you park pretty much on the same row as the tacomas, maybe one over, and up at the front closer to the store?? I think I saw it and wondered "why is this guy parked so far away" lol

Was great meeting more of ya'll yesterday, putting faces to names, and admiring y'alls badass trucks and SUVs.....

@Wju I envy you. Your 1st gen is such a great looking truck, makes me look at my 1st gen and question its existence. Thank you once again for the hitch.

@Bigdaddy4760 Major thanks... Words don't describe how much I thank the universe for you. Can't wait to see the flags flying at full mast!

@Biscuits Thank you for hosting us! I had never been able to spend a day in Houston that wasn't for work, I'm glad I came out yesterday. The Kemah show may be small, but damn there were some of the most nicest cars show up. You did a hell of a job providing updates and info! Next meet I'll have to make a weekend out of it so I can explore more of your side of Texas.

@MellyMel I drool at the sight of your 4Runner.

I don't know how it will do on the trails, but I want one of these......

Hahahaha dude omg that's halarious. $15 drones are a no go bro.

Get you a Dji Spark. Pretty inexpensive and still badass. I have one of those to. Compared to my $1800 drone that was is still freaking awesome.

I have a side biz doing drone video and photography. So I needed something real high end.

A reasonable decision. Maybe fly it in an open area not around your wife

I would vote SLP for a beach meet. No ferry wait, no parking or entry fees, and theres room to run around, and people could fish if they wanted.

@Wju if you went to SLP and it was packed with mega rednecks it might have been a Houston Area Offroad Recovery meet and greet. Lots of American diesels and big trucks usually in that group. I've also been during the Houston Performance Driving 4x4 takeover and it was pretty cool but definitely lots of vehicles.

Another idea I had for a meet would be all of us getting together at one of the gun ranges and having a shooting meet. Most of us in here are enthusiasts and it would be a good time for those who are interested in purchasing a firearm or who are interested in learning to shoot to come out and learn safe shooting practices with people who they know and trust already.

If there was a ton of flags it was probably the offroad recovery meet. Usually it's American flags and some other stuff.

That's not a bad idea at all! I've got a few guns I need to put some rounds through. I'd be down and after wards we could find a nice patio/sports bar to get some food and drinks
