This is my 2nd business. First one was ship repair back in 2010. I was a GC working under a contractor. He failed so as in result I did as well. Because I was young and didn't save. As if I would of saved . I would of be able to afford the GL insurance which was a 10mill $ policy to work of gov ships at 40k a year rate. Now I take what I've learned and applied it to this business that soley ran by yours truly. And to boot. I'm still operating under the same business name Tengan enterprises LLC since 2010 ( in good standing) DBA SOS CONCEPTS.

So what have I learned.
1. No credit accounts for ANYTHING.
2. pay cash or you don't need it.
3. NO CREDIT ACCOUNTS NONE.

Try WD40. I've had success with tree sap using it. Just wash it off after you get the spot out.

 

Screw climbing up on roofs. Just fixed the flashing on one of the exhaust vents that was leaking (I hope). I've climbed up power poles with no problem, but damn leaves and pine needles threatening to take me out was a little nerve wracking. That's gonna take some getting used to!

Ended up exploring the back roads around the Oconee nuclear plant. Ended up in Seneca.

Yeah, definitely get them on the road a day or so before expected landfall. The highways will be shitty for sure.

She’s hoping for Tuesday or wed at the latest to come our way. Not only do I not want anything to happen to their house, Kayla and I have so much stuff there. All my deer, bear, and coyote mounts.
