I've never heard of any Tacoma guy notching their frame for tires.

Either wheel spacers or a different offset wheel. I don't like spacers, I'd prefer a proper dished wheel. Or your tires are just too damn fat.

 

Good news you've found the only halfway cheap hobby, it becomes expensive if you pour money into them tho

If you have an extracab or doublecab you will HATE yourself if you limit the steering. These things don't exactly turn on a dime as is...
