With it being the anniversary edition and under 1k on the odometer I'll probably list it around $8,200 when it goes up. I've seen them go local for as much as $9k and the standard goes for around $7,200-$7,500 for similar mileage and condition.

Worst case I'll just keep it. I always wanted a king Kenny edition bike since they did it in 06' on the R1. And the riding position kicks ass considering I'm 6'5 and it's still a very sportish ride. I can put a knee down all day on this.

Just saw one yesterday. Fella in leathers cooking up rt3. Took my favorite exit with the puck down. Sounded mean.

I still like the MT-09 the best. Maybe an s4r second.

I was looking at the 390s before I found the honda. KTMs look way cooler, and I think if I won the lottery I'd have a 690 Enduro R already.

I wish I was tall enough for the 690. I think the 390 on the street would get old real quick

Yeah, but what about when the only snow is in Island Pond Vermont? Or Tug Hill, NY? It's an impossible code to crack.

I bet, especially if you're used to the 600RRs. You still do a lot of track days/racing?

Buy some snow makers, attach to the front of the sled and bang poof pow you're all set.

I didn't this year. Dumped a lot of money this winter into the track bike for suspension and some new racing requirements, and now it's not running well. Haven't had time to try and diagnose

It'll get sorted out for next year. Or the street bike might become a track bike

I rode in VT all this past weekend. Two guys of the 16 we had camping with us dumped HARD. One was an expensive Ducati of some sort. Totalled. The other was a V-Star 950 that ended up 30' down a ditch. Motorcycles are dangerous!

Haha, some club in the Rangeley area last year were using snow makers on a bad section of trail. First I'd heard of people making snow for sled trails.

I think they do a class for the grom once a year at Loudon. I tracked the Honda motard once on a really rainy day when there was no one on track. Was a different experience

Thats gotta be fun. There was a grom available when I was taking the MSF, almost tried it. So many bikes to ride, so little time.

I love it for short trips around town. As a girl I just hate when everyone asks “is this your first bike?”
