It was a 2nd gen dcsb with lt.

Sooooo...even with shock hoops, are you going to be able to get those on and aligned? Do your LCA’s have enough range to accommodate that much lift?

 

That's the point of going to hoops. I'm not really looking for lift. Luckly I can cut out my towers because the uppers connect at the frame

 

I know how they connect and you are going to gain lift out of those. The big question is, do your LCA’s have the range in the cams to accommodate.

 

If the point in which the top of the shock mounts moves up won't that compensate for the extra length and not produce the lift?

 

Those are 2nd gen 6 lug shocks though. There’s quite a difference in the size and mounting locations between the 5 lug and 6 lug front suspension components.

 

Only weld on. Don’t have the stuff to cut out the plates for bolt on

 

Kenny you better have your ducks in a row because once I cut one bucket off it’s over.

 

@5 Lug Fury i would measure your lca angle at your current ride height and write it down. That’s going to be a huge factor in getting this all to work I would imagine.
