Wells Fargo says there's nothing to be done since i authorized the ACH.

This will be a support group for those of us that are totally boned.

I'm out $1000, which seems to be on the low end of average.

Hire a lawyer and sue the corporation. You paid for a product you never received. That’s really your only recourse at this point, problem is it may not be worth the cost and time to go after them for the amount your out. Maybe you can find a lawyer who won’t take money until they win the case.

And since you need a support group, add emotional distress at 10x what you paid.

The whole point of filing Chapter 7 (i.e., bankruptcy), is that they (PB), are protected from further creditor actions. It’s up to the court to cut up and distribute the remaining assets if any.

Except Pelfreybilt the corporation did not file for bankruptcy, two employees Tyler and Satin did.

If you believe you can lawyer up and extract anything from PB you are more than welcome to try.

If you use an honest lawyer, they'll simply recommend 'don't bother'.

But the rest will appreciate the business.

Are you a member there? I want to talk with him about who he spoke to in the claims department. They kinda told me the same thing when I first filed the request, but then came back and said tough titties

I work for a major bank, you can dispute the transactions whether ACH or Visa/MasterCard. Just make sure you let them know that though you authorized the transaction, the company failed to deliver any product. You also should let them know that you’ve attempted to resolve the issue with the merchant and that they’ve been unresponsive. Give them dates and times where you’ve tried to initiate contact. No extra details. We almost already credit the account quickly after that.

That guy was me. I re signed on here jut to follow all this nonsense, I'm actually a 4Runner guy.
Don't misunderstand, I have no money yet. (I'm out $3500) I called the Wells Fargo fraud hotline and told them I sent the money via ACH for a pre pay on a custom made item and I never received the product. I let them know I have tried multiple times to resolve the issue with no success and I have documentation of all conversations. My purchase was in March btw. The asked me to agree to prosecute and that everything was true, etc. I of course agreed. The woman on the phone acted like it was no big deal. She said they would begin an investigation. She said the money would be deposited to my account in 10 business days at the latest.
So bottom line they could still tell me I'm screwed but so far so good.

Keep us all posted. I’d still rather be given the design files and let them keep my deposit.

Some of you guys are out far more cash than I.
