I asked SHITI on their Insta for one of those solid name badges for my cooler, but they never responded. I mean I would buy one, but that's kind of why I roll a SHITI cooler. LoL
Edit: do you have a link for the mirror cover removal?

yea, thats a reasonable ballpark. ;)

since I got them with my truck it was essentially just offsetting the cost of other mods, so I wasn't too worried about getting certain amount.

Nice Cooler! I didn't follow a specific tutorial, this Youtube video showed me it could be popped off with a screw driver. From the picture below of the inside of the cover, you can see there are eight plastic tangs holding the cover in place. I started on the bottom with a plastic putty knife, once it was opened enough, I inserted a large tongue depressor followed by two more and worked around the edge of the mirror until the cover was free.

Our house is only 5.5 years old and putty/caulk are still my best fried. Wood is so much harder to work with than metal. You basically get one chance. Hahaha

Crawled under the truck this afternoon, with 102 °, to check what's wrong with the evap system.
Removed canister and hoses, all seems clean.
Don't want to drop the tank or remove the bed to finally find nothing...

    we'll see that another day....

Working on reinstall/overhaul of my Bussman setup. Nixed my custom lexan mount for a Powertrays mount.

I bought my original Bussman off eBay as a “complete” setup but now basically have an upgraded kit, bought an entirely new RTMR, had a lot of the pins and seals already. Upgraded it to 10ga copper power leads (eBay kit came with like 12-18ga CCA). Setup everything so the 5 relayed leads make up one connector, 5 nonrelayed leads make another, then my triggers run via a Deutsch connector.

I have a blue sea safety hub that I’m debating how to mount, but it will be the power distro center from the battery. I’ll be cleaning up all the accessory wires coming off the battery also and running most through the safety hub.

Will also be integrating a smaller 4 fuse blue sea fuse panel (setup to be switched 12v+ via a relay) that will serve some low amp interior accessories.

And finally putting in a daystar boot grommet to allow more wiring run into the cab since the 2 grommets in the engine bay are now full of my other crap (car audio/comms/coax/trigger wires).

    Electrical is a headache lol.

Made over-the-tonneau fire extinguisher mounts out of two Simpson P/N A88 90-deg angle ties from Home Depot. All I needed to do was drill two 1/4" holes on each tie plate to use the aluminum rail blocks I removed previously from my tonneau latches. Had the idea to mount a shovel on the inside, since the pre-existing holes on the tie plates readily took QuickFists with a couple of screws. Eventually decided not to mount the shovel this way, because access will be too slow.

Got some new tires. Love these first time buying them though. Made my truck look so much better compared to the highway tires I had on it. These are Falken Wildpeak A/T-3's.
