Ch. 7 Bankruptcy Filed 9/6/18

This just shows that the #PELFREYFAMILY is horseshit. Instead of knowing they screwed up and going down, they grabbed as many of their loyal TW members and tried taking them down as well.

 

Not a big item, but I ordered their chase light mount on July 20th and Mike was supposed to bring it with him on an AZTW express kinda thing, but forgot it. I said no biggie and then I forgot about it myself for a bit, reminded him about a month later, and he had it sent out to me August 23 which appears to be just a few days before he was put under the NDA.

 

Did their website prices go up when they moved or with in the last six months?

I had a habit of basing pricing of the sale price when they had a sale going. But it seemed like there was a 50-150 price increase across their entire product line.

I know the price of everything usually goes up. I was just wondering if they raised prices at the same time products stopped getting delivered.

How does this work because I have friends who own businesses that are incorporated and all profits are considered personal income. So they may never actually take any money home in a paycheck but still have to file against the profits of the company as personal income.

I don't know anything about running a small business so, I'm curious

 

Basically the creditors are owed money, and have a claim to any non-exempt assets which will be liquidated. The resulting cash is paid to those creditors in order of priority of your claim (you'd be an unsecured creditor and IIRC the lowest priority). Apparently what constitutes as an exempt asset is state-to-state, so who knows what they'll be able to keep. But I think even the lawyers are going to be paid in higher priority than your claim as an unsecured creditor so it's not a great position to be in.

 

Can we get at list going of every individual that wishes to take part in a Class Action Criminal Suit against the company that has not recovered their funds. Send me your first and last name and email address you can be reached at (via PM/DM) ... let's get this going (I'm still beyond words and very upset about this).

After all that Wells Fargo did to their customers the last 10 years,I cant understand why you and millions of others would still trust them enough too bank with them

 

Any of you file with the Federal Trade Commission yet? I just did... FBI Business Fraud Division next (Just sent in my Tip to the FBI San Diego Field Office as of 5:19pm)!

This is what I wrote them:

Both said individuals have filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy individually before and have now filed jointly as of 09/06/2018. Their website is still up www.p_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _t.com and should be taken down as they can’t and should not be able to operate. They accepted orders that they could not fill and continued to accept customer monies for goods and or services that they knowingly could not and would not provide. Telling customer to wait as they were working things out but in all actuality they were working on filing joint Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and looked to postpone individuals from filing chargebacks with their banks, credit unions, credit card companies and etc. This has effected over 500+ individuals with a sum in excess of $500,000.00 (half a million dollar). These individuals including myself need your help so they (Mr. & Mrs. P_ _ _ _ey) can NEVER do this again/file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

I ask that if you can and would like to please do the same to the FTC and FBI San Diego Field Office.

 

So here's the thing: When Satin and Tyler individually filed for BK back in the day, they were probably not in business together and who knows what were all the underlying costs (well, SOMEONE knows but they are keeping quiet)...

With THIS, though... This is all out in the public and there are enough very very interested parties involved that are legitimately pissed off (rightly so) that whatever was the case with the prior Ch7's, this round is going to be quite different.

From this thread I've seen several things come up that is going to make it hard for them to come out of this relatively unscathed like their prior experience with filing for bankruptcy.
Mainly that, while the courts/banks will give you a grace period (9 years, right?) before your record is essentially "clean", the internet NEVER FORGETS. This thread alone has enough mentions of their names that assuming it's archived like other old forums*, it will be accessible long after whatever proceedings happen in the near future.

*assuming this thread doesn't get nuked and people still drive enough Tacomas in the future that this forum is still in existence (not worried about the former, since I don't see the popularity of our vehicles waning).

 

They must be S Corporations, these allow pass through income which is reported on your personal income tax return. They still have to take some kind of draw/paycheck which is still taxed as income on their personal return.

 

This all smells of the rich screwing the common man. Again. Or the almost rich acting rich?
In their letter even blamed the customers that trusted them. The investors. Anyone but them.
What about being accountable. Not happening in 2018. Business/self first.
I've got their skids good products.
Seems management not equal to the products.
Like others have said to many trips to far off places. Turns out on customers dollar.
Shame on them.

If I remember correctly from my college criminology classes back when I attempted law school, if it can be proven (which shouldn’t be hard) that they were in the process of bankruptcy filings and were still taking orders and telling customers that all was going to be fine like they were, I believe that is criminal intent to defraud.

Anyone who hasn’t contacted the police, should do so like yesterday.
