    I know, I know, but I needed a half ton.
    My truck went in for the frame inspection and they did the safety inspection as well. They found a ripped axel boot (which I knew about) and quoted me $1000 to replace the axel. The claimed a ball joint was bad and had play in it, in reality i over greased it so some had leaked past the boot... no play. They quoted me another $1000 to replace the lower control arm as part of the ball joint replacement. I laughed at the guy and left.

    I will take my ‘18 there for the free maintenance and TSBs that’s about it. They tried telling my wife she needed new engine/cabin filters and wipers that I just bought and replaced myself like a month ago. Last time they didn’t re-secure the bolt on the air box and it was just sitting on top. Hacks everywhere. DCH in Milford is no better

    I've proved the service manager and a tech wrong at the local dealer before. I mean like WTF. I'll only bring my truck to 2 difference places for work to be done if I'm not doing it myself

    Don't go to Milford! Those clowns left the LCA bolts loose when I went in for an alignment. Took me a minute to figure out what the clunking noise was. I took it back and they made me wait another 2 hours to redo the alignment.

    I had JUST had my BFG KO2s rebalanced and rotated at town fair and told Milford not to rotate the tires during oil change. Marked them on the inside and sure enough, they didn’t follow my directions rotating them back around. Called and left multiple messages for my advisor and she never got back to me.

    Damn, that sucks. I go to Milford for my free service maintenance appointments. Unfortunately, it seems like there are not a lot of 'good' dealers for service.

    The service advisor I've been going to there has been pretty good. I know he's had built tacomas in the past and has said he looks in TW from time to time.
