    Well this sucks!! I just found out about this mess. I made an order on 8/14 for a front aluminum skid and sliders with filler that I am not getting and am so disappointed. I emailed Satin and was advised to file a claim with PP or CC. I just finished filing a claim with PayPal so hopefully I gem my money back for these :annoyed::(:mad:

    It took me three separate sittings to get through all of this thread holy cow everyone what have you all done?... I feel obligated to post something after torturing myself through 76 pages. Truth be told I had never heard of pelfrybilt until probably August 20th when I saw their fuse panel on google images. I placed an order for the battery cage and fuse panel on August 21'st and got attached email from Mr Mike. I'm not sure what to think of this email now because they gave me an ETA of mid Sept; obviously someone knew it wasn't ever going to ship. I really wish I could get the dimensions of the fuse panel so I can make one out of ABS.

    I filed a dispute for the charge on my USAA credit card on Sept 6th. This was a learning lesson for me, next time I'm going to be more cautious; luckily I'm only out a couple of hundred dollars if USAA doesn't come through.

    TBH I don't think anyone at that time had a clue it would go down like this. Don't beat yourself up about it, they kept it a secret for a long time. Not saying it's not a big deal but at least you only ordered some smaller and cheaper items, at least its not thousands of dollars in a bumper.
