Dang, wish I had access to a few million. I'd invest in that to turn it around.

There's no value left in that name. Save yourself some money and start your own fab shop for a lot less.

There's a new void in the market that needs filling.

Yeah. I know a thing or two about small business management and valuation.

Start a fab company and I'll do my best to make sure you don't go bankrupt. It should be pretty easy if you take a couple hundred preorders.

Sometimes I have to restrain myself from being a smart ass.

Restraint of the day: the FJ cruiser my gf will likely get, it was really hard to turn. They don’t know why. I look in the resivior....fucking empty. I fill it, bleed it...it seems to be working. Haven’t seen any drastic leaks yet

So my gf’s sister is explaining to a younger cousin, junior in college, what I noticed “ mark filled it and said the tank was stained so it looked like there was fluid in there but it was empty”

Her cousin’s reply: “it’s weird that it takes fluid”

I've been wanting to make it up to the trail here soon. Cody is just so far away! Any sketchy sections?

Just the main switchbacks. The ranch switchbacks just above those aren't too bad. The majority of the trail I thought was pretty easy overall. I enjoyed the canyon at the very beginning the most actually.

I’ll probably have a rusty east coast 08’ fj cruiser to play with this fall. It feels decent...but Jesus everything underneath is rusted. It’s so sad. I’m sure every suspension component is seized, the diffs are all rusty, every bolt head and clamp in the engine bay is rusty...
While my gf is gone sailing for a couple months I’m just going to rip everything off that truck and wire wheel, prime, and repaint it. Only 110k miles, it’s crazy.
But, bonus, it’s a v6 so it can pull my boat lol

No lol, its yellow. And shes literally going to drive it back from long island at the end of the week. I know. Gonna wear some full wrap around goggles and a dust mask for sure. Thank god i have a deep garage to leave it while I work on cleaning it up. going to do as much grinding out side so I dont make a mess in the garage.

it has a diff lock, and i was like, im going to take that and put it on sluggo, then realized its probably just as seized and ruined as the one I have.

I seen a nice white one up in Jackson last week when I was there for that trade show. They are cool looking when they have some aftermarket gear on them. Didn't catch the plates though, not sure if it was a local rig.

Started editing some photos tonight. I love the custom plates Dan @turbodb great idea.

Also got me thinking about the question you asked about success rate. So did some numbers.

    Run it Independence: 64/168= 38.9%

    Run to Goose: 132/401=32.9%

    Memorial Day in MT: 68/157=43.3%

    The DeTour:1020/2105=48.4%

    Oregon 2017: 216/559=38.6%

    ImpromtU-Ah!: 327/1184=27.6%

    the MUD Trip: 885/1961=45.1%

    HOWEVER!

This is including ALL the pano frames and ALL the star photo frames. I imagine it would all be up a bit higher all around if I went through the trouble of doing that. So with that in mind Id guess Im around 42-45% averageish???

    Interesting!

I started editing today as well after sorting through everything. I ended up keeping 978 of ~3100, 31.5% - like you, including the multiple exposures for panos. If each of those 72 panos was one shot, then I'd be at ~39%. Pretty similar all things considered!

Oh, and of course, I have to :boink: a bit. Stop editing new photos and start writing about old trips. Let's get the DeTour wrapped up before AZ. hahahahaha

I've been trying to catch up on the thread the last couple days in my spare time. Only on page 52, probably one of the more civil mobs that I've seen on TW lol. Good to see a few trying to keep it from getting too out of hand. Crazy situation, glad I don't have to answer to that many customers all the time.

Doesn't surprise me, there are some good comments and a lot of ignorant ones too. Its obvious the pelfreys made some bad decisions with money flowing in so fast it's easy to do, but I don't think they were out to defraud people. Idk I don't know them personally, just looks like a quality product that grew faster than they could properly manage and made some bad decisions in the end trying salvage it.

Don't sweat it. You'll get it tomorrow. Good on you to not rush.

Loosen all of the tensioners, and then start on the passenger cam pulley. Thread it around the driver pulley, and then down to the crank pulley. You'll probably find that you have to have the cams slightly off TDC (~1 tooth counterclockwise) for everything to line up once you tension the belt.
