    Kroil is the best thing I have ever used and I have used many. I get it in a spray can.

    I agree. It works well. If you are patient enough PB works well too and it’s easier to find.

    I've been meaning to try PB penetrating fluid, I've tried the seafoam and it works far better than I had expected.

    Honestly I find any quality penetrant is going to work as well as the next, its a matter of soaking and expectations.

    I really like the Toyota brand stuff, and the Mopar brand fluid.

    I’ve had really good luck with PB but like you said, it’s about soaking and expectations. I’d also add patience.

    I bought a 2010 taco from Maine this summer and I did all the suspension/UCA/LCA/brakes/tie rods/etc. Everything was rusted into a single piece. I tried all of the above mentioned penetrating oils - nothing worked. I literally broke a 24" breaker bar jumping on it, and broke the head off two bolts. I tried a 750 fl/lbs pneumatic wrench..... nothing. Then I brought out the torch and ~80% of the bolts broke free after a few minutes of heating. What I couldn't break loose I cut off with a 7.5" angle grinder - reciprocating saws take forever to cut through a LCA.

    In my opinion, the best "penetration" is to abstain and just set it on fire or cut it into little pieces. Gets my nuts out every time.

    Induction heaters and Kroil will take apart just about anything rusted together as long as it is metal.

    Take this FWIW but this was a list from a machinist workshop magazine from about 10 yrs ago on their own study of penetrating oils:

    The break out torque required for:
    Nothing = 516 ft. lbs.
    WD-40 = 238 ft. lbs.
    PB Blaster = 214 ft. lbs.
    Liquid Wrench = 127 ft. lbs.
    Kano Kroil = 106 ft. lbs.
    50/50 blend of ATF and Acetone = 50 ft. lbs.

    I've had great results with this product. Biggest problem is, it's only sold by the case and not directly to the public. I used to have a inside source, where I could get one or 2 cans a year. Also have had good luck with Kroil too. I'm gonna try the Sea foam version too, as I've always liked their other products.
