On mine they are pressed in also, the zerk body is round, no hex for a wrench or socket. Mine are only a month old though, have only greased them once. If they do pop out I'll tap threads & install threaded zerks like the shackles have.

Wish I saw that post before I put mine on, I would have tapped them before putting them on.

I finally installed lights in my rear bumper. Took about an hour and a half. I’ll take pics tomorrow, it got dark. Wired them to a switch in the cab and to the reverse lights. Been putting it off for last 3 weeks

Makes sense. I know your pain. Lol I meant to get them swapped to extended travel last time they were rebuilt. But forgot to add that to my form I filled out.

Yeah its crazy, just a little spacer that makes the difference For ext travel. I drove my friends truck with Kings and he had the same hard rebound. So buying a whole new set isnt the answer. Pretty much told me all that Ive read. Shocks should be valved to specific vehicles.

Interesting, Can you post a picture of the mirror itself?

I'm curious as to why you didn't just epoxy a windshield wedge, that what I did. I have a Gentex 313 out of a 2012 Nissan Titan. As for temperature, for my specific mirror you have to use the exact sensor that came from the vehicle. I had to special order the ambient temperature sensor brand new from Nissan. Different sensors have different resistances.

It's one of the best upgrades I have ever done, hands down. The auto-dim, outside temperature, HomeLink, and compass are immensely useful. You can even get models that have additional map lights installed.

Mainly I did it because of the temperature display and HomeLink. Not many of these mirrors had temperature, and HomeLink together.

Question for you guys that are 4x4.

Who had a stock 4x4 truck come from the factory with 4.30 gearing? I found that 4.30 in the front did not exist during my search for a front differential. I had to get one from a 4Runner to do my swap.

That's the only thing holding me back from installing one of these, I don't want to glue the mount to the windshield.

Always had an idea to make some sort of mount someday. Glad to see it has been done by NeonTaco to give me inspiration.

Why not? There's really no discernable difference between the two haha.

Mine is 4.10. You are running 4.30? That’s pretty awesome. I need to regear soon!
