yeah I can't cut this weekend, but the 22nd I was already planning to so I want to do a day trip that day

 

Any local HSV'ers wanna give me a hand sometime soon? I need to fix my yota lean in the front left and hoping just cranking my driver side coilover up a bit will fix it.

 

I'd crank the passenger side down, if possible. when you looking to do this?

 

I am already at about 1" rake, which is fine, I just don't wanna get close to looking like the damn bro lean and have negative rake. I know I will eventually have to do what a lot of other T4Rs have done and re add the rear spacer on the driver side along with cranking my coilovers up or down. I measured a few days ago and I want to say I am at 39.5" front left, 40.5" front right, 41.5" rear left, and 42" rear right from ground to wheel well.

 

gotcha ok, yeah if you are wanting to avoid rake then crank the driver side up is def the way to go. can you adjust while on the 4runner or you wanting to take it off?

Everything on my t4r site says you can do it while its on. My thought was to take my tire/wheel off, put a my vehicle on one jack stand and put my driver side LCA on another and crank it that way. It really shouldn't be a 2 man job and I should be able to knock it out in no more than an hour, but when it comes to something like this I like having another educated set of eyes.

 

let me know when you're planning on it I might be able to come over and "supervise" with you. we cranked my passenger side down while on the truck to counter my lean. it's not too bad.

 

My only worry with keeping everything on the vehicle and on the ground is stripping the holes where the spanner wrench goes in. I have 2 different spanner wrenches that came with my coilovers and one of them has basically a built in cheater bar so I'm hoping I can use it, crank it once or twice, throw the tire/wheel back on and be done!

 

yeah we almost blew on out on the top of my coil, but got it turned around where it's hidden from view haha! def gotta be careful. my issue iirc was the hose being in the way of accessing the holes.
