    Same here. Easy, and I included a note that I used the Toyota Techstream software. No reason why it should cause any issues I'd think. I can't imagine a dealer caring too much that i used their file, with their software, to do a job that a tech wouldn't want to do anyway because he'd get paid next to nothing for it lol

    You can make entries in the owners app, but it is only visible to you. I just document everything on Fuelly.

    That last bit makes me think that means the dealer and I can see it, just not future owners. Am i interpreting that wrong then?

    So Fuelly links via VIN the way the Toyota Owners app does, AND makes it visible to the dealer?

    I’m pretty sure it’s only your account that can see it

    Fuelly is public facing so anyone can see it if they have the link. You can also export all the data or transfer ownership if you wanted.

    I found confirmation that the info does not transfer to new owners of the vehicle because Toyota cannot verify the service having been done, but so far nothing concrete about the dealer not being able to see it, although I am inclined to believe you. Wouldn't surprise me if they couldn't, for the above reason, although you'd think that being able to view the owner history would make their lives easier lol
