A few other things as I look back through the pages.

They don’t own a Lexus LX. Satin purchased a USED Lexus RC recently prior to selling the 4Runner. The 4Runner was sold and the profit from that went towards vendor bills.

The Tundra was purchased for 40k (they had a relationship with the dealership) and was used strictly for business.

The 4Runner and Tacoma was used strictly for business.

Michael also signed a NDA when he started with Pelfreybilt and not when he was let go. My job required me to sign a NDA when I first started just like many others on this site.

AGAIN, not justifying any business decisions. Just clearing up rumors.

 

We would be happy to offer the same deal for anyone who may have lost out on a skid plate purchase through PB.

 

Can someone send m a screen shot of Satin trying to take money on the 6th?

From my understanding, the website was shut down on the 25th of August and the shop shut down on the 27th.

 

I know personal information can’t be disclosed. Can someone send me a screen shot of the 9/6 email through PM or IG? @risuens

 

I’m trying to find it. Scrolling through 4 days of FB posts now.

Thanks for the clarifications. A lot of stuff has been flying around because people are rightly pissed off so they may be lashing out and making comments/assertions that aren't accurate.

Have you been in contact with Satin and Tyler recently? Since Friday?

Keep this in mind: there is evidence that they were continuing to take money for things and assuring people "all will be right" up to and including the day they filed bankruptcy. There's no defense of those things and what set off this shitshow was their initial announcement of the bankruptcy which literally blamed their customers.

This is very raw and very fresh for a lot of folks so emotions are running high. Again, rightly so.

If they Pelfreys want to make a "tell all" statement, we are to be expected to take them at their word? Sorry, but that will not help them. They are probably better off keeping quiet (which their legal reps are probably advising) and allow the courts to take over, since a that's the decision they initiated when they filed last week.

The named 600 people to the filing will need a LOT more than words to make things right. Actions: They tend to be louder...

Are you their lawyer? You seem to have an awful lot of information about them that has not been presented before you.

 

I see the emails from 9/6 but she’s not selling anything. They got the final word from the investors late on 9/6.

 

Some people wanted answers so that’s why they’re gonna lay what they can out. It’s not to make everything better. I get it. It’s going to take more than words to fix this.

Nobody DM’d me any emails, but I was able to find them using forum signatures, and found a couple screen shots of emails from Satin.

I did reach out, and I did receive a response, but obviously everything is tied up right now. I did not get a yes, but I also did not get an outright no either.

 

How is your information creditable? Were you an employee? A close friend? Just wondering as you seem to have more detailed information that most of us.

 

So what is your connection to them?

If you're a close friend it's understandable to be wanting to clear the air but the type of questions you're asking and the level of details you're providing makes it pretty obvious that you're not a casual observer.
