We're in the only some damage area! Trees need to be pruned anyway. Nature doing work for me.

I'm going to pick up two cases of water tonight and gas up the vehicles. Beyond that, I think we'll be okay.

Nephew is stationed off the coast at Norfolk. They are currently moving ships farther North. He's on leave and his family, roommate and dog are all travelling to PA to stay with my Brother for a few days.

Hope everyone has made provisions and stays safe out there. Doesn't look like we are going to get anything other than some much needed rain here in the upstate.

 

In laws are on their way. They got most of my deer mounts secured in her car in the garage. Have my bears up on counters. Fuck I hope there house survives and all of their shit and mine is alright. Already called my taxidermist to find out what to do if the bear mounts gets wet or flooded? Waiting to hear back from him.

 

Kinda makes me wonder if wet bear smells anything like wet dog?

 

I'll come watch. I almost died surfing some hurricane swells a long time ago. Let's just say I learned mother nature

Growing up in FL some of the best swells were just before a tropical storm came through.
