I’ve already got an Akorn, gas grill, and an electric smoker. And I’m trying to clean up the garage, I’ve been selling stuff like crazy! But for $6 I might pick one up if there are any left in a few days.

Didn't get any finished pictures but this one came out really good. Nice smoke ring, real juicy, super tender. I will see if I can grab a pic of some leftovers tomorrow for lunch. We had conferences at daughter school and all where really hungry by the time we got home. lol

Well I think part of it is I'm all out of gloves and by the time I got it all sliced for everyone to eat my hands, the knife, the cutting board, the counter where all greasy so the last thing I wanted to do was grab my phone.

With the way my lucks been lately that bugger would have shot out of my hand when I grabbed it and shot across the room and ended up in a hundred pieces.

I was gonna switch it up to a smoker lol

Here is about the best pic I could get. This is from the area around where the point was sitting so it’s a little more fatty.

I have to say some days I like brisket even better the next day when all the flavors have blended and mellowed. Tonight is burnt ends made from the point.

Looks damn tasty! And yeah, day old brisket is sometimes better. Had a friend that would smoke a brisket, cool it, vacuum seal it for either a couple days or would freeze for future eating. Still need to try that one time.

I've thought about that, would be a good use for Sous Vide.

A little something just went on the smoker for a reverse sear, with a pack of potatoes.
