Devote at least an hour a day with 2 days off.
Get a plan/ meal prep. Set a goal and beat the shit outta it.
Then do it all over agian. Helped keep me not completely insane when I was in iraq.

A few tips.

Go take a before picture. Right now. Take one every week on the same day.

Here in 4 months look through them.

Look at your diet. Cut carbs by half, eat nothing from a box, kick dairy, raise your protein by double. Good rule is 1.5 grams per lb. Of body weight. Eat good fat. Like avacado and almonds.

Stretch before and after.

Work push and pull days. You need to build foundations muscle before you start isolation exercises.

All that stuff helped me.

Yes. Though taking it easy driving on sand. Bigger trans cooler is en route and hopefully installed before trans service on Saturday

I was just out there on Sunday and the sand is well packed down the entire way, one can easily avoid the softer sand areas
Not an issue for over heating it is an easy short drive... Either way, you should re gear anyway
