    Hamstudy.org has an app for iPhone at least, I think it was 3.99. Both the app and the website have practice tests. There are ton of others too, just make sure they were recently updated because the question pool just switched in July I think.

    Which is better. $60 difference between the two is small.

    I think Camburg is better but SPC have more adjustment since you can adjust at the ball joint.
