An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Basically. Think really big and thick hamburger patty. Growing up, the only time we had meatloaf was if dad grilled it.

Left overs here too. Grilled some bacon cheddar brat patties last night. And 4 quarter pound Med spice sausage patties.

    sausage brat patties.jpg

Been years since I've grilled just ground beef. Last night my youngest son asked if I planned on doing some anytime. Guess I will but hamburgers are so blah after eating sausage patties :anonymous:

No sir! You need to step up your burger game. Plain is good, S&P is better, and on and on. Then add cheese. ;)
I like sausage patties too, though.

I haven’t had grilled sausage patties for a long time. Going to do some this weekend now, thanks to you.

Gawd can't imagine how many burgers I have grilled and eaten over the years. Every permutation possible including a rather mean Juicy Lucy. And when an E-Squat hot dogs, couldn't afford ground beef. Still like a grilled hot dog once in awhile.

Would be total gluttony but wonder how some capsteaks ground up would taste. Hmmm....

Interesting thought, but I’m not grinding mine. They are good without grinding. Just cook them whole, then slap em on a bun.

I've never used coal other than campgrounds. Looking forward to it. Help me spend more $$$...what do I need to go with it? Cover on order already.20180912_185607.jpg

Nope, but given the success of the test build, we should have pricing soon. Then we can compare to what you're guy tells you and go from there.
