    Could be worse...

You could be the City of Tyler and are just now realizing that your online payment system for water bills, traffic tickets, etc was hacked back in August and peoples card info that they used to pay their bills and such was stolen... had a friends mother that was affected and they racked up 10k on the card.

5.11 gear is very nice... I do have a 25% off coupon card that doesn't expire on me... may try and go by their store on Thursday if I make it up there.

One rear shock? 15 mins or less, you probably dont even need to remove the wheel.

@Zac of all trades pretty sure that @hoarder23 didn't even remove my rear wheels or anything when he swapped those Icons onto my truck.

This is true. Took no time just a little crawling around to get at the bottom bolt.

    Hey...

Is anyone here coming to Crawl for a Reason at Barnwell at the end of the month?

Didn't know if anyone was going to or not? I am registered for it and planning on being there at some point on Thursday, thinking of bringing the dog and seeing how he does camping and everything.

Registration is $65, but includes camping and everything for the event along with day fees and everything, so one price for everything, only extra would be if you wanted to get the BBQ dinner on Saturday which is $17 or so.

Yeah im sure it will be quick. I just need to get some wood to build something for my jack stands to sit on so i feel a little safer under the truck.
I was wondering if it was needed, i think it was probably taken off for the video more than anything.
Edit: yup just watched it again, definitely said for video purposes only when talking about the tools needed.
    Thanks Brandon!

Then get it done for both.... but especially Fall Run... because of all the raffle stuff I am bringing to the table and I want to see a good turnout of Toyota's!

I don't even think we jacked the rear of the truck up or anything...

@hoarder23 do you remember? I am pretty sure he just unbolted the bottom bolt, then undid the top and dropped it out and put the icons in bottom first and compressed it into the top?

@Zac of all trades oh wait... you don't need to register for Fall Run, you just need to request the time off for it. But if you want to eat the BBQ dinner on Saturday, you will need to prepay for that.

But you will need to register for Crawl for a Reason.

If it doesnt go well with the dog you can easily take him home since you live close. I encourage it as dogs should always ride with ya!
Thats how he did it. The front of your truck was still on jack stands with you and @trekker getting the front diff swap done.

Yep, if he doesn't do well on that Thursday/Thursday night, I can always run him home Friday morning early and be back before 9am if I leave at like 7am ha.

And yea, that is what I thought.

Does your dog ride in the truck much? My pup rides in the truck a lot. The first time on trails, I think was ATR last year, he was a little anxious with the bouncing but settled in quickly. Now he will run window to window, sticking his head out biting at branches or just lays down and sleeps. Only time he isnt happy is when hes laying down and gets tossed into the air.

Yea, he loves riding in the truck. I have a rear seat hammock for him, but with having the fridge in the back seat, I can't use it... so he just has to chill back there, so I will need to figure something out so he won't be trying to come up front all the time.

But he will try to jump out the truck if I have the window down and I don't want to risk that...

Oh yeah, if mines not hooked to a lead the will jump out. He tried it once when his lead was a tad too long while I was doing 50+ on a 3 lane road. Luckily the lead was short enough it kept him safe and partially in the truck until I could pull over. He hasnt tried it since but I also shortened his lead after that happened. I think about pulling the rear seats and building a custom platform with a better lead setup. I need a place to store my seats before I get serious about it.
