Jumped in here cause I saw the thumbnail of the tabs gussets.
I had these done a couple weeks ago by a shop near me. Kid did a great job on them.
I had a set of rebuilt LCAs ready to go for him to put in, after he welded the tabs.
Paid $425 for everything. Thought it was an incredibly fair price.

 

I will be going to Caffeine & Octane on Sunday if anybody wants to come as well. I'll be in the Supra and not my truck

Does anyone have a hidden winch mount for a 2nd gen that I can borrow? Or let me look at? I want to make one for my father taco

What’s up my GA peeps! I am new to this forum. I live in Atlanta and drive all over the country to ride. I do a lot of over nighters and week trips...so if any of you wanna get together and do some wheeling and camping PM me.

I got several rigs and like to ride single track and enduro. I make frequent trips to my cabin above Asheville, so if any of you are on my way and wanna do some ridge rides up in NC...come with it.

I also have a Toyota problem, in which over the years I have acquired too much $hit, but useful for those in need of gear.

Question - is it best to list my Yota parts/gear here first or in the Classifieds.
I know there’s rules in ‘dem there forums!

Anyways, get out there and let your taco do the thinking!

So I'm debating on adding to my fleet... How do y'all like 5th gen Camaros with the 6.2L ?

 

Can’t go wrong with the 6.2l, and if you like the styling then get it. What are your other options?

 

Am Xrunner, but for the price I can get an SS camaro with 30-40K miles or 100K on the Xrunner

The 400Hp on the stock LS3 is enough for me lol.... I'd just need to get rid of the muffler

 

I will have to say those are two different rides all together. So my next question is what do those cost...then I will give you my thoughts.
I only ask because I go thru a lot of cars and have a good feeling for what you can get for the money...if your open to other options as well.

They're really the only 2 cars I like but for $20k. My current truck is lowered amd stuff. But if I got the Xrunner itd have to be supercharged

Got it. Just make sure that the PO with a SC on their Taco has serviced it, if it’s higher mileage.
We pulled one off a FJ80 and it was toast...well toasty.

 

That's why I'm thinking Camaro... Comes with the Hp stock, the Ls3 is easy to service (lots of guides for it readily available) and most ones for sale are unmodified.

 

@Built2Ride i think I’ve seen your 4Runner around. Haven’t seen that FJ40, when you said a drab green one I was thinking of another one that is always parked around here, but like door hanging on by a bungee and only a half top, half brown and half green

 

My runner super dark tint on it. My buddy has the other one intown I know of as well.
