    interesting! I actually throw my truck in neutral if i can after an emergency braking situation because i'm so paranoid about warping rotors lol

    So it sounds like I should just buy new ones?

    My OEM brakes got that “warped” feeling. Lived with it until they wore out.

    Changed to EBC green stuff and Brembo blanks. Worked well, wore fast, squeaked from day one.

    Now I’m on Powerstop Extreme Duty for towing. Stop well, wearing great, no noise, no “warped” feeling yet.

    I've got Wagner OEX pads and Centric 300 series rotors. Been on for 46000 miles in daily NYC traffic, salt, etc. No issues. I don't believe drilled or dimpled rotors will do a thing for our trucks. The only thing that will help keep the brakes cool is a larger rotor like in the tundra upgrade.

    haha drive in harrisburg on 81, and then get back to me.

    4 lanes on the bridge and people regularly cut people off since it's 4 lanes to 2....

    Centric for the win.thats all I use on all my PD vehicles. After many years of listening to cops complain about squeaking brakes. I found centric’s and have never looked back.

    I concur with this statement.
    Rotors really have to heat up to extreme temps in order to warp. But those kinds of temps are typically only found on the track, and race vehicles typically have two piece rotors to combat that.
    It is also extremely important to bed in new pads, and even more important when new rotors are installed at the same time. This helps friction material add evenly to the rotors so as to cut down on the areas of "hit spots" that can lead to "warped" rotors.

    I have the StopTech big brake kit up front and rear disc conversion.
