I considered windoors but the only photos of the latch / locking mechanisms I could find online looked weak (same as all the other manufacturers).

I know the only winning strategy is to not keep anything in your truck worth stealing in the first place, but much of what we have to deal with in Portland are crimes of opportunity, lots of tweakers who'll wander around trying door handles. I didn't want these guys yanking on / breaking my windoors all the damned time. They'll usually only break glass if they spot something that looks valuable, but a handle? Yeah they're gonna give that a good wrenching to see what's up.

Probably hard to fathom for all of you who live in rural areas, but it's pretty much Mad Max out here now. Who run Bartertown?

A great find and that model looks sick

If you have more pictures can you post different angles, sides, top? I’d appreciate it

Here’s a couple less than glamorous work parking lot pictures in crappy lighting. The liner only goes up the sides if that’s why you’re inquiring about pictures of the top of the shell.

Thanks man, especially that top shot- something I really wasnt expecting. The way it curves I guess I thought it wrapped the top and met the other side.

I may just go with a cx color match or the otr the whole cap

Does anyone know if there is any way to add a pop n lock to the ARE V-series shell?

What model is that? I was looking at the Overland, but may go with a V or CX and put the bedliner on myself.

Looking into a Leer 100XR, with top rails installed (no rack, just rails) windoors on both sides, carpeted headliner, and fold down front window I got quoted $2300 from the local Leer dealer. Does that sound like a decent price?

    Yes.

I got an XR a year ago with: rails, no windoors, carpet, removable sliding front glass, power block, clothes hanger, dome light, pet screens, keyless entry (sync'd to Toyota key fob) for just shy of $3k installed. Can't recommend the sync'd key enough.

Mind if I ask what yours cost? I have a price here with headliner, windoors, fold down front window and LED interior lights for my cement at $2600 installed.

As @jholc21 said, it’s the ARE overland.

I’m not a huge fan of how the bedliner is only on the sides of this model, and I really wanted windoors. Buying used I knew I’d have to make some compromises though.

As much as I wanted windoors, I figured I’ll entertain installing them myself in the future as I got this one for $1200.

The local quote I got for a new ARE spec’ed how I wanted it (which was a similar build sheet to what you’ve mentioned) was right around $2300 OTD for the Overland and $1900+OTD for a V series.

Yes, sounds like a pretty good deal to me. That's just slightly more than what I paid for my 100R, similar options. I wish I had bought the XR instead.

Yeah, at $1200, I could afford to do a few upgrades. I also think you could DIY bedline the top with the roll on stuff and some masking tape. I was looking to do that on a different series shell if the price was right. Thanks.

I think mine was around $2400 with LED interior lights, 1 Windoor and sliding and folding front window. Might have been closer to $2500. Can't remember exactly.

Anyone got a suggestion of a wire harness I could buy to hook up the third brake light on my topper? I know I’ll need to tap into the tail light somehow.

This is what the wiring from the topper looks like. I’d like to retain the quick connect capability if possible.
