My friends Tony and Courtney (Redwood Overland) live up there and said they’d help. I’m a little nervous to do it but I think I need to. Having an alignment done tomorrow so we’ll see if it fixes the problem.

I don't know why it wouldn't, but every truck is different of course. Seriously though you'll easily get 50k+ out of those KO2s, and mine did great for me offroad. I am ready to try out my new ones though.

I hope so! I got 45k out of the Toyos before they were so rough that the steering wheel shook no matter how well balanced they were. I wanted to go till Christmas but it was getting ridiculous.

There isn't a lot of barrier between the ocean and the houses. High tide was an hour ago.

    Let's face some facts.

Paradise comes with a cost, or risk. I feel for those inland that loose everything due to a hurricane or storm related damage. For those with ocean from property, including the gulf region and their home gets destroyed by storm surge, I got nothing. This includes those who choose to ignore the evacuation warnings (first responders, similar professions or aid/rescue volunteers excluded).

I fully understand that many live there for employment, family, or various other reasons and am truly concerned for their well being. However, owning/renting ocean front property was a choice, not a requirement. As I was planning to retire from the military and looking for a place for my family to live; employment, weather patterns, natural disasters, schools and crime rates all came into play. These factors aren't a new phenomenon.

Sorry if that's cold, but it is reality.

I know, but there are those who don't or put blame where it doesn't belong (ie gov't).
