Did you start with 1/4" wall 4x4 tubing? How about I come there hunting and you build me one? I throw you some green backs and I shoot a couple deer while you work? Sounds good to me. Nice looking armor bud. Great job

Yep, 1/4" wall 4x4 tubing is what I used for the center portion. The "wings" were made from 3/16" plate and reinforced from the frame mount with 1 inch round tube and gusseted inside.

If this bumper didn't take me so long to build, I'd build them for folks. Took me quite a while since my tooling was limited to what was in my garage. Feel free to come shoot some deer though!

I have a helluva shop. You could knock one out pretty good here. Plus I have access to 12' shears and 100,K lb press.Thanx for the deer invite. I have a Vietnam vet buddy in Clopton Al. I go hunt with every now and then. Be safe, and be proud of that bumper.

Appreciate it. One of these days I'll get me some bigger shop equipment when space allows. Sounds like you're pretty well set up with yours.

I've been confirming my decision to purchase my 2nd Gen. The truck was wrecked by a neighbor when she pulled into my driveway to turn around. On Monday i finally took her in for repairs and was given a 4x4 Colorado for my rental. The more I drive this thing the more I miss my Tacoma.

That’s the hardest part. At least for me, it was a fairly large time and space commitment to build this thing. Took my garage for a couple weeks.

Thanks. I was going to order one in aluminum this Christmas (been saving) but recently heard they went bankrupt and are no longer around.
That's to bad, they had a dual swing out rear in steel I wanted as well and aluminum under armour.
Wish there CAD or Solidworks designs were available to get cut and bent.
There stuff was always nice looking, fit and finish great, functional, and not some big snowplough looking garbage.
Looked at Allpro in the past but after there fiasco with other people, aswell my rear leaf pack f/up they will be the last place I order from.
Guess I have to keep looking for the good stuff and great shop.
Hold on to that bumper you got there! Again it looks good.

Yes, and there is a cam button on the head unit where you can turn it on anytime. There is also a port for front camera. I'm loving the guages
